providing of nested select dropdown list as fields for registration Form

1 Requirements

In Registration Form is sometimes needed the ability of defining "select dropdown list" by user, so that the selection of every element in the dropdown list can trigger a new related "select dropdown list" or other type of Field in Registration Form. An example can be country names that are listed in a dropdown Menu. By selecting a country name a new "select dropdown list" is created, that contains the city names of the selected Country.
