Abandon Address Book

With the introduction of User Connections / Approved Contacts the Jour Fixe decided to abandon the conventional addressbook feature of ILIAS. Entries for system users in the address book will be migrated to unconfirmed user contacts (or to confirmed users when both users have each others in their address books). Entries that consists only of an e-mail address will be deleted. Inactive users are migrated, too.
