Improve subject line in mail notifications for forum postings

1 Requirements

The Subject line in mail notifications for forum postings should be prefixed by forum topic. With this extension subscribers can tell at a glance what´s the topic of new posting without having to open the email. This would be an advantage for users which has enabled notifcation for forum and not for a topic.

The Subject line in mail notifications for forum postings may look like this:

New Posting in discussion forum: "name of discussion forum" with topic: "name of topic".
