1 Requirements
Migration Script for Video Files
It should be possible to use (already) converted mp4 files in media objects easily.
It should be possible to use (already) converted mp4 files in media objects easily.
- The files will be converted by some external automation script (not part of this feature) and be put into the original subdirecories of the media objects.
- Now a script should be implemented, that works through all media object directory and looks if corresponding mp4 files are available (same filename as previous files, but using suffix mp4).
- If a converted file is available, the script will make the necessary changes in the ILIAS database that ensure the usage of the new files in the content.

3 Discussion
Killing, Alexander [alex], 21 Aug 2015: Since this is a "one time migration" script and quite patchy, we do not include this in the ILIAS standard release.
