Extend Custom Meta Data with Link-Type

1 Requirements

The available types in the Custom Metadata should be extended by a Link-Type. The type should contain two fields, one for an URL and an optional field for the displayed text. When displayed, the output should link to the URL, where either the field for the displayed text or the URL itself is shown if the display text is not set.
