Language Detection via Browser

1 Requirements

On sites without Login, (esp. Login page) the language based on the browser identification is automatically pre-selected based on HTTP-Headers. Fallback: ILIAS-Systemlanguage (If detection is not possible, or detected browser language is not activated in ILIAS). User still can change the language.
Language-Detection can be de-activated in Language Administration.
