Display Self-Evaluation from 360° Survey in Competence Management

1 Requirements

The self-evaluation of a 360° survey is to be displayed in the competence management.
The data should be handed over to the competence management in order to be still available after the respective survey was deleted.
 

• Currently objects like surveys or tests hand over only one type of assessment to the competence management: one object, one date, one user.  If a survey carries two assessments (one for the self-evaluation and one for the peer assessment) they will be presented identically.
• Currently the self-evaluations are saved without making any connection to an object. Only a user can make them directly.

Extending the object-based assessment to support different types of assessment would be very costly.
Thus we suggest to extend the selfevaluation by a means to relate it to an object. Assessment carried out by an object (i.e. surveys) are separated from those that are carried out by a user directly.
This data should carry date-stamps: self-evaluations can be carried out several times and get presented carrying a date stamp.
 
This way surveys could save self-evaluation in the competence management and the competence management could dispaly and manage both: the dtae and the related object.

4 Implementation

You need a 360 survey with the option "Self-Evaluation" being enabled under "Settings" tab.
