Booking Tool: Filter for free ressources

1 Requirements

Maybe you have 10 rooms and you want to know quickly which room is free for one specific date. Example: Which room is free from 10.00-11.00 on day 11.12.?
For our institution not necessary but may be for others: Attributes. Which room is free and as a beamer, a capacity for xx persons etc. So we could also introduce those attributes to allow a fast search for free objects.

4 Discussion

Glaubitz, Marko [mglaubitz], 08.07.2015: We are interested in something like this as well. But would it be possible to implement a calendar like overview of free slots / objects. Right now the only way of doing this, is by starting to book. This is acceptable as log as there is only one booking object. With multiple objects this "trial-and-error" method can be unnerving für some users.
