Defining Preconditions for Multiple Objects
1 Requirements
By now, preconditions can only be defined for one object at once.
In case the same preconditions have to be defined for several objects, this has to be done separately (while each time doing the same).
It would be a great support if it was possible to have a "Define Preconditions" function in the "Manage" mode of container objects, so you could mark several objects, click a button and then have the same workflow available like with defining preconditions for one single object.
The following challenges exist:
- Prevent that a user makes an object a precondition for itself
- Filter for objects which don't support preconditions (e.g., item groups) and respectively alert the user
