Blog-overview in member area of groups and courses

1 Requirements

There should be a optional column for blog in the member area (Edit Participants) of groups, and courses as well. So the group/course administrator is able to see, who of the course members have given access permission to their portfolios. The names of the accessible portfolios are displayed in this column. ...

We (i.e. ILIAS OpenSource) implemented this feature already in 4.4 for the PD-Object "Portfolio" – and we (appliers and users) argued in the spec-discussion already to handle both e-portfolio-component: portfolios AND blog in the same way, concerning this function.
