Groups - Import Members or Batch Selection

1 Requirements

There are two aspects to this request:
 
1. It would be nice to have an import method for adding members to groups. This would help for administrators who are migrating to Ilias from other Learning Management Systems. For the time being, I'd be happy with an SQL snippet for adding members to a group!
 
2. If an import method can't or won't be done, at least having a way to batch add/remove members from/to a group.
 
I think both of these aspects are important and should be implemented.
