Learning Progress determined by Collection of Objects, yet alterable by Tutor

1 Requirements

Scenario: Several courses contain exactly the same material with information on a campaign on "selling insurances". They are intended for slightly different brackets of participants but otherwise all the same.
 
Oftentimes learners go astray, just accidently go to the wrong course or are assigned to that course by mistake. They work through the intended SCORM module, which is contained in several courses.
 
They have learned, yet their learning progress in the course actually intended for them is "grey" and in the course not intended for them "green".
 
 
We want that tutors can manually overwrite the automatically determined learning progress.
 
This would be very helpful.
