Copy Datacollection with all Data Records

1 Requirements

If a Admin copy a Datacollection over the Action-menu, then ILIAS copies the Datacollection, but not the Records themselves. ILIAS should copy all data.

JF 12 May 2014: We support this feature and schedule it for 4.5. Copying in general should always copy all content, except user related data (no ratings, no comments).
