Set Competence Level based on Result of Test

1 Requirements

It should be possible to assign a competence level to a user based on the result of a test.
 
Example: A test assesses the mathematical knowledge of a user, where every testee can gain between 0 and 100 points. A compentence "Math" with 5 levels from 1 = newbie to 5 = expert is assigned to the test. If a user gains 0 to 20 points in the test, she should get the compentence "Math" at level 1, if she gains 20 to 40 points, she should get level 2, and so on.

BH 26 May 2014: We support this request in general. Please provide the detailed concept as soon as it is elaborated, so we can discuss the feature on an upcoming Jour Fixe.
