Course relevant User data - Edit mode for admins

1 Requirements

In courses, course-admins can ask for "course relevant user data". Now in some cases, users do not fill out the correct "user data".
 
So courseadmins should have the possibility to edit these course relevant user data (manual editing). If a user data is obligatory, ILIAS have to check if the admin adds user data.
 
Changes (User, Date) should be written in the column "Passed Status Changed"  of the Member-list.
 
This feature should be developed for courses and groups.

SM, 04 April 2014: I support this request.

JF 28 Apr 2014: We support the request and schedule it for 4.5, except that the "Passed Status Changed" timestamp should not be set here, since this timestamp is about the "passed" status and has nothing to do with other user data.

Jour Fixe, 22.12.2014: Mantis #14404 complains that edited data of another user is not shown in member view. Jour Fixe decides:

• The fact that a course/group member needs to confirm the presentation of his/her data should be visible on the members list:
  • A new column "Confirmation" is introduced: "Not Yet", "DD.MM.YYYY".
  • The column should be optional, but enabled by default (if possible).
• If the global option "user confirmation when entering courses/groups" is activated it should not be possible for tutors to edit the course/groups specific user data.
• Course/Group members should be able to edit the course/group specific user data on the info screen.

• Added new optional column "Last Update (Course|Group-specific data) in member table, subscriber table and waiting list table
• Added link to edit user data in the action menu of these tables
