Role group tutor available by default in new groups

Until now, the local role "group tutor" must be added manually after a new group has been created.
 
We suggest that the role of group tutor should be available by default in new groups.

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel] June 16, 2015: As far as I know, for most installations having two default group roles is sufficient. We often notice that the tutor role is also not used in courses as admin and member role fit to the needs of the course creator. If we create a tutor role with every new group we also have always a new role - which has no use in a lot or even in most cases. Therefore, I dislike this suggestion. But what I could imagine is a kind of extended settings template for courses and groups which would allow to define defaults for new courses and groups on one's installation. And such a concept could include the creation of additional roles - as it is now already possible with the Didactic Templates.
