Export of certificates as zip-file for courses

1 Requirements

In some cases the participants of a course should not download their certificate.
Therefor we need a checkbox “download by participants” in the Settings -> Certificate, which is activated by default. But an administrator or tutor could deactivate this option, so participants can not download their certificate anymore.
It would be nice, if the administrators and tutors of a course can export the certificates of all participants at once. This “export button” should located in Members -> Edit participants. If an administrator or tutor click on this button, ILIAS would automatically generate a zip-file with all certificates.
For the naming of the pdf-files we could maybe take the ILIAS User Name (for example max_muster.pdf).
