Question title output: add new option show only available points

In test settings / presentation settings / question title output, we would like to add a new option:
Show only available points (that is, without the question titles).
 
Bei Online Tests sollte es auch die Variante unter Einstellungen geben:
Ausgabe der Fragentitel:
Nur Punktezahl anzeigen
( ich möchte die Fragentitel ausblenden, damit die Studies nicht gegenseitig gezielt Fragen ansteuern können, um ihre Ergebnisse zu vergleiche, die erreichbaren Punkte sollen Sie aber sehen können). Im Moment kann ich die nicht einblenden, da dann auch die Fragentitel gezeigt werden.

BH 12 May: The maintainers highly appriciate the improvement of showing points only. It is to be discussed, wether a 4th radio option "Show points only" is to be added, or if we should change this setting to a checkbox group with two checkboxes "Show Title" and "Show Points". I would prefer the second solution.

JF 12 May 2014: We appreciate this feature and schedule it for 4.5. Using checkboxes is preferred to. The question list should also respect these settings.
