Calendar Layer to support any type of calendar

1 Requirements

As ILIAS support languages other than English, to be more applicable and flexible, some feature should be provided to support some other calendar based on administrator settings.

3 Discussion

By this feature, a layer will be added to ILIAS and all date operation will possible through this layer and all inline date() call will be replaced. So managing date will be more flexible and handy that any logic could be implemented.
I have implemented this feature at DBA layer in ILIAS 4.1 but if it becomes an independent layer, it will be more maintainable.
