Preset points input fields with 0 when createing new multiple choice questions

1 Requirements

When creating new answers for single and multiple choice questions the points input field is empty, whereas the first answer, which is created on question creation contains 0 points as a default value in the points input field.
 
This results in an error message because of incomplete data if the question is saved.
 
The desired behaviour would be to pre-fill the points field with zero for each new created field, allowing the user to overwrite the value for the correct answers with a minimal effort.
 
With the current implementation the user has to also fill a valid value for each new created answer.
 
A patch against ILIAS 4.3.4 is provided in the ILIAS bugtracker http://www.ilias.de/mantis/view.php?id=11786

BH 12 Mai 2014: The maintainers highly appriciate this improvement. We have several of these (merely simple) issues in the test & assessment and would like to get rid of them as soon as possible.

JF 12 May 2014: We appreciate this feature and schedule it for 4.5.
