Export E-Mail in Personalized surveys

1 Requirements

Personalized surveys are sometimes used as a performance verification. Students have to fill out a survey when their work is down. So teacher need an instrument to see who has filled out the survey, and who does not.
 
So:
In Personalized surveys (in courses or groups),
In tab Results
In subtab "User specific results"
 
a) admins should have the possibility to export also the E-Mail field,
b) and maybe, if there is no problem with data-security, also other specific user data from these students.

4 Discussion

JL, 10 Apr 2014: yes, this is a privacy issue. There is no difference between emails or any other profile data - see Privacy: User Data Guideline.
 
The only way I currently see is to adopt the data handling used in the learning progress: IF the survey is in a course or group AND the user has accepted the course/group agreement personal data may be displayed (if the agreement has not been accepted only profile fields which are set to public will remain). With this condition I support the request.

JF 14 Apr 2014: We support the request if privacy is respected as outlined by Jörg and schedule it for 4.5.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 24 AUG 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
