Set Link Title in URL-optioned textfields

1 Requirements

In data collections you can set for textfields the URL or E-Mail option. It should be possible to set the Linktitle in URL-textfields. With this feature the linktitle in textfields will be shown instead of the URL itself.

We would develop it as follow.
1. The input form displays two text fields. URL, URL title
2. In the Database (Background not visible for the user) we save this values |-separated

MST, 14 Apr 2014: I still support this request.

JF 12 May 2014: We support this feature and schedule it for 4.5.

MST, 28 Jul 2015: We have now funding for this feature and we like integrate it for ILIAS 5.1
