Change default video aspect ratio into more popular one

The default width and hight of videos/media elements is 500 x 400 px. I am not aware of any 5:4 aspect ratio of videos. It should be 4:3 or better 16:9.
 
Suggestion: Set it to 640 x 360 px

JF 31 Mar 2014: We support this change and schedule it for 4.5.

Matthias Kunkel, 15 Feb 2015: Version 5.0 (fka 4.5) still comes with the old ratio. Could this still be changed for 5.0 as a usability fix (depending on the impact of this change) or do we have to schedule it for 5.1?

JF 2 Mar 2015: We still support the idea but consider this as a feature request - and schedule it for 5.1.
