Introduce Code for ref id Wildcard in Role Titles

1 Requirements

When an object template includes creation of local roles, those roles afterwards can't be distinguished, thus, can't be assigned to users via XML user data import.
Therefore, it would be great if it was possible install a wildcard in role titles in the XML code of object templates which is then filled with the Ref ID of the created object.

4 Implementation

Local roles generated by object templates are created with the name "{ROLE_TEMPLATE_NAME}_REF_ID_OF_OBJECT".
A DB-update step renames all existing local roles of didactic templates.
