Limit maximum number of participants

1 Description

In sessions, it is possible to make registration obligatory for new participants. But so far, the number of participants cannot be limited.
 
We suggest to introduce a limit for the maximum number of participants, which should be configurable for each session. The same feature is already available for courses.
 
This should also include the possibility to add the "waiting list" feature.

JF 17 Feb 2014: We appreciate the feature and schedule it for 4.5. The "waiting list" feature should be implemented, too. A general service should be used.
