Readable export-filenames

1 Requirements

Exportfiles, HTML and XML, are named in a way like "1303203126__0__lm_141080.zip". This is not understandable for users.
If a user exports a few e.g. learning moduls and saves it to his computer, he will not be able to find a certain learning module again because he can't seperate them by the file name. He can rename the files, but this doesn't protect him to loos orientation if he unzip the files - because the name of the directory is also cryptic.
 
Proposed solution: ILIAS should name the zip-file and the directory in the zip file after the titlte of the exported object.

Kruse, Fabian [Fabian], 18.01.2016: I support this request. I discussed this some time ago with Björn Heyser, who estimated that it should be possible to improve this without too much hassle. I would ask the JF to comment on this.

Suggested features:

• The export files receive file names that are more informative from the start. I would suggest a format like "Object identifier + Name of object + date stamp + time stamp". Example: QuestionPool_MySuperpool_20160104_125635.zip
• It is possible for users to change the name of the file without ILIAS rejecting a later import. At least with tests, this cannot be done with the current implementation. If you change the name, you get the error: " The filename of the uploaded import file does not match the expected format."
