If string not exists in a lang file use english version of the string

1 Requirements

It's annoying reading strings like "-xx_yy_zz-" instead of a human readable version of the non translated string. So it would be great to display the english version of the string if it doesnt exists in a language file (ie. svn trunk). If english version not exists let's display the -xx_yy_zz- string.

I support this idea in general. The fallback language should be the system language of the initialisation or explictly configured. In DEVMODE, however, the identifiers should still be shown.
