Display User-ID in User-Administration

1 Requirements

The User-ID should be visible in the User-Administration (see screenshot in section 'implementation').
 
Use-Case:
- administration of user-data shall occur in an external database. The user-id is needed as unique identifier (accountnames can change). Synchronisation of user-data in ILIAS occurs via SOAP/XML-Import. The user-ids of already existing user-accounts must be entered in the external database (manually).

4. Enter a user profile
5. Check whether or not the System ID is present
