Editable team constellations

1 Requirements

Course / group admins should be able to edit the team constellations at all times. Right now, only the team members themselves can select other team members while the excercise is still open. There is no way to edit these constellations, even for the team members, after an excercise is closed without opening it up again (which is often not an option).
 
This means that if team members forget to name their partners (or if there encounter any problems in this process), their partners cannot be added in restrospective. This results in problems with the "passed" / "failed" status.

JF 27 Apr 2015: We appreciate the feature and schedule it for 5.1.

4 Implementation

JL 27 Apr 2015: Tutors ("write"-permission) can now edit teams at any point in time.

• The features have been added to the "Submission & Grades"-screen.
• You can either build a team from any number of single users and/or existing teams or dissolve any existing team.
• Submissions are still user-based and just "shared" with the current team members.
