Display Waiting List Activation Outside Courses

Requirements

Outside of a course or a group you see free places. If there is the "waiting list" activated, it should have a information like "waiting list activated" in this additional information too. So if there aren't any free places left ("No places left"), people know they can add themselve to the waiting list.

1 Initial Problem

Looking at courses or groups from outside (at the Personal Desktop, within the Repository or in search results), users are informed about free places for membership in those objects. However,the information on the activation of a waiting list and on how many users are on the list already is only visible, when user is using the "Join" option.

If user is already on the waiting list, the information on the current position is also only visible if the "Leave" option is used, which most of the users are not aware of.

2 Conceptual Summary

In case the "Waiting List" is activated, there should be a information like "Waiting list available with X users in line" in the subline, too.
So, even if there aren't any free places left ("No places left"), users know they can join a waiting list.

When on the list already, additional information about current position could be added: "Member Status: You are on the waiting list on position X".

3.2 User Interface Details

There should be a information like "Waiting list available with X Users in line" in the subline, in addition to information like "No places left".
When user did join the course, there is the info: "Member Status: You are on the waiting list" which could be improved with "Member Status: You are on the waiting list on position X".
