Improve Exercise Assignment Type Blog

1 Requirements

The assignment type "blog" should be improved:

1. Tutor should already get access to the "live blog" during the assignment period. A message should state that the blog is not the final version.
2. The tutor should get access to the history of the blog postings.
3. The "private feedback" feature could be a exercise feature and be extended (a one-on-one discussion stream with notifications).

SIG E-Portfolio, 23 Jan 2015: We only support request 1 "Access to live blog" and reject request 2 for privacy reasons. Request 3 is Exercise related and should be tackled in a dedicated posting.

Seiler, Yvonne [yvseiler], 16 Sep 2015: We support the "access to live blog" too! At the moment the export of a "handed in blog" doesn't shows the real state of the blog (f.e. comments aren't exported, even comments in blogs could be necessary for a mark, see Mantis #15865.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 24 AUG 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
