Portfolio in My Workspace

1 Requirements

In our portfolio meeting today (26 June 2013) we discussed the possibility to migrate portfolios out of the personal and separate section into the "My Workspace" section. Scenarios that use both components, portfolios and blogs, could be better supported if both tools are within the same context ("My Workspace").

• All portfolios would be migrated to portfolio objects in the personal workspace.
• If the portfolio feature is activated, the workspace would be activated, too. However only folders and portfolios could be activated in the workspace.
• We need to discuss the behaviour of the main menu entry "Portfolio": It could be a link to a flat list of "my workspace" items, filtered by type (portfolios). Similar to media pools, that offer a "hierarchical folder" presentation and a "flat list filtered" presentation.
