Data Collection - Grid editing

1 Requirements

The data collection should support grid editing. User with edit permissions will have a new sub-tab "Manage" to switch to the grid editing mode.

JF 28 Oct 2013: We appreciate the development and schedule it for 4.5. The columns in the grid should be selectable. You may think about a more general form class that can handle "multi-record" inputs (reusing exiting InputGUI) classes. If you would like to implement such a class, please schedule it separately (providing a prototype).
