export learning data with ability to import data

1 Description

English:
For one or more learners the complete tracking data could be exported as a JSON object. The tracking data can then be imported to other ILIAS installations again. Reference points are in the resource IDs in
the SCORM manifest. The overall learning progress in other settings must be re-calculated after importing.
German:
Für einen oder mehrere Lerner können die kompletten Tracking-Daten als JSON-Objekt exportiert werden. Die Tracking-Daten können dann auch auf anderen ILIAS-Installationen wieder importiert werden. Bezugspunkt sind die im SCORM-Manifest festgehaltenen Ressource-Ids. Der Gesamt-Lernfortschritt muss bei anderen Einstellungen nach dem Import neu berechnet werden.
