Cloze Question: Separately configured gap lengths

1 Requirements

Currently the length of gaps in a gap question is determined in two different ways: either by a common length for all gaps or by the maximum length of possible answers for each gap.
 
Additionally it should be possible to configure the length of each gap separately. QTI already supports this with a columns-Attribute, but this is ignored at test import. This feature is important for C-tests used in language training. Here the endings of some words in a given text are replaced by gaps of a few characters. The gaps should vary in legth but not give a hint on the actual number of needed characters.

JF 15 Apr 2013: We highly appreciate this idea and schedule it for 4.4.

Ne 2 Sept 213: Due to missing resources and unconfirmed funding we would like to postpone the implementation of the feature to 4.5.
