Rename Address Book to Contacts

The address book should be renamed to contacts. It should be easily possible to add contacts from the personal profile screen of other users or the chat.

Alex, 2 Apr 2009: Open issue is, whether the contacts feature should be made available on the personal desktop directly.

JF 6 Apr 2009: We would like to offer contacts as an additional tab on the personal desktop.

Matthias, 12 May 09: How about using the contacts to implement a basic buddy concept that we can re-use for the current "Who-is-online?" feature? Instead of showing hundreds of users that are online you see only those who are your "buddy". Buddies are those users in your contacts that you have marked as buddies. We could re-use this setting also for other features in the future, e.g. uploading own files on your desktop and granting access to your buddies...
