Set Specific Value For Character Set

1 Description

ILIAS-setting is UTF-8. But SCORM-Modules are used, which are in a different character-set (e.g. ISO 8859-1, CP-1252). The result is, that some characters (e.g. german umlaut) are not shown correctly. I propose an option to set the character set for each SCORM-module separatly.
This is not very easy because often server deliver content with a default character set and there are additional information in the header of HTML. Perhaps ILIAS has to parse and convert pages which are not in UTF-8.
