Retake Test

1 Description

After an exam it would be very helpful if the test could be repeated by selected users once again. If a student failed an exam and a retake is necessary you can only copy the original test and invite fixed participants in order to avoid the overwriting of the saved results. It would be nice if the test settings would allow to invite some persons for a second try. In this case all tests results should be saved (not only the last or the best pass).

Christian Sprenger, 11. September 2012: We're quite interested in this feature and, depending on the ammount of course ;) ) willing to add some funding.
In addition it would be great to add that the test can only be started again after a certain time e.g. 3 Month like descibed in Topic 2d of http://www.ilias.de/docu/goto_docu_wiki_1357_CME-Points.html
Maybe instead of "User" in the learning process every instance (test-start) will be shown because it can be sorted for names anyway.

JF 8 Jul 2013: We appreciate the original requested feature and schedule it for 4.5 (we run out of development ressources for 4.4). It should be possible that tutors add single passes for learners. The setting "best or last pass" could be respected as usual (in our view). ILIAS should store which user has added a pass.
