Exam:Freezing user data

1 Description

We (PHTG) have installed a separate server for online exams. This installation is only used for special exams. The students can use their regular logins because of an AD/LDAP connection.
 
Current situation: After completing the exam we set the status of the participants of inactiv in order to block their access to the installation. If we delete the users the names of the participants would disappear in the statistics.
Desired behaviour: We would like to have an option to "freeze" the user data after completing the exam so that we can delete the logins of all participated users. The advantge of deleting the users is to give them opportunity to register themselves for upcoming exams.
Perhaps it would be necessary to integrate a user agreement to the test in order to avoid any privacy issues.
