Restrict edit permissions for media objects

1 Description

It should be possible to restrict the possibility to edit a media object to single containers, especially media pools. The first container of a media object should be the "home" container. User would need write access for the home container to edit the media object. Alternatively the current behaviour (editable at all instances) should be possible but not the default behaviour anymore.
