Revision of LM Statistics

1 Description

The code of the ILIAS learning modul statistics under "Learning Progress" -> "Access Statistics" is quite old, unperformant, and close to unmaintainable. Furthermore the usability of the feature is substandard.
 
We would like to keep the general idea of this feature alive and implement a solution that is close to the object related statistics in the administration. The time frame and figure selection should be done in the same way, also the presentation in lists and charts.
 
In general we would like to make the object related statistics available within the corresonding edit/authoring modes of the repository objects without the need to enter the administration. This again leads to the discussion how to present and name the learning progress and statistics related tabs.
