Copy Complete Course With Permissions and Roles

This feature is related to the role templates/didactical templates feature but is yet a bit different. The idea is that it should be possible to copy a whole course complete with content page layout (done already), all objects (mostly done - except for wikis and LM) and all the permission settings of said objects - including local roles of that course and their permissions on those objects. With "just" a didactical pattern the content page layout for example would not be copied.
 
Also with the didactical template you'd need to define your preferred permission setting once and it would then be kind of fixed. My approach is the other way round: You don't need a template in advance but you can develop your course as you go along and just copy your latest status on to the next semester.
 
For usability reasons it should be possible to choose if a course (or group if it's applicable) should be copied with its previous permission settings and local roles or with system default settings.
