Users subfolders: editing and deleting

Now: There's no possibility to edit or delete created subfolders in the mailing system.

Future: It should be possible. ;-)

Little (09/30/2009):

• I tried to imagine how and where this action should take place. But there's no list of subfolders (apart from the drop down list where you switch to the folders) where (e.g.) checkboxes could be placed. Any good idea?
