Convert Folders to Categories and Vice Versa

1 Description

It should be possible to copy or move an existing category into a course or group and make it a folder (and vice versa). This will support the easy reuse of existing category content in courses and groups and the reuse of folders in categories.

• A copied or moved category will become a folder. A copied or moved folder will become a category.
• Existing courses in the copied or moved category will not be moved / copied. The same happens with all object types that exists only in one of the two object types.
• Page content (created with page editor) shall be moved, too.
