Show own changes

In other Wikis, e.g. Mediawiki it is possible to get a list of all changes I have done in a wiki. It would be useful to get this functionality in ILIAS-Wiki. This feature could also be interesting for teachers of a course who want to see all changes done by one learner.

Justification:
When editing a big wiki it is sometimes hard to follow the changes once done. The feature could help here and it could perhaps be a component of presenting the own development and expertise in a portfolio.

As far as i know a data-structure for this feature is already there. But using the "contributers"-site in the wiki doe'snt allow users to go via link to the edited page and you can not see just your own changes.
