Language-sensitive order of first and last name

In Japanese and other languages, Last name comes first and First name follow in next.

So, allow switching user name formula as additional function is good for localization.

Also, Date and time function is in same manner as calendar in 4.1.4.. Year-Month-Date formula is able to select in 4.1.4. However, it will not follow or display the order when time schedule would be triing to set in Repository.

That could be part of a broader Internationalisation support. It would help to look for examples or libraries from other development frameworks that can be re-used.
