Mail Quota

1 Description

There should be a possiblity to limit the number and the attachment file size of internal mails.
Maybe we can introduce a quota for each user. If the quota limit is reached, the specific user has to delete his mails before continuing his work in ILIAS.

JF 24 Jan 2011: We appreciate the general idea. We think it could also be a good way to limit the mails that are stored in the system by introducing a time limitation on the mails that are stored in the Inbox. E.g. Mails are automaticlly deleted, if they are older than 90 days. A separate mail would inform the users before.

We should discuss the details again, if funding is settled.
