Permission Requirement for Preview as a Learner

1 Description

Access to the preview of a course as a member is only allowed for users with the permission "change permission settings".
However, this feature is also important for users who only have edit permission for the course as the view also depends on settings like time frames and preconditions.
At best, one of both permission should be sufficient to use the function.

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel], June 15, 2015: It makes sens to give users with WRITE permission the option to see a course in a member preview. Requiring CHANGE PERMISSIONS to see this view is exaggerating - especially because we know that tutors do not have this permission sometimes.
