Undeliverable E-Mail Notification to Actual Sender
1 Description
In Postfix, an address is configured as the sender of the e-mail from the ILIAS installation.
If an e-mail can not be sent to the e-mail address of an addressee, it is sent back to this address ("undeliverable mail").
It is not clear for the actual sender whether all of the addressees have really received the e-mail.
It would better if undeliverable e-mails from ILIAS general were sent back to the registered address of the sender.
If no email address is registered at all it should work like before.

4 Discussion
JF 13 Dc 2010, Michael Jansen: This is currently not possible due to technical reasons. Direct socket connections to the SMPT server would be needed to implement this. You can contact mjansen (at) databay.de if you would like more information.
