The conference is free of charge. Please register yourself for the session. (We need to know at least the approximate number of attendees so we can make a reservation for lunch and dinner.)

Accomodation

Intercity Hotel 90€ without breakfast with code "ILIAS" until 16 February 2025.

Travelling

We recommend travelling by public transport to the conference venue. The HSPV is very close to the Duisburg main station. Nevertheless, there are several car parks on the university grounds.

Anyone arriving by car can park in the underground garage at HSPV. For this, you will need a QR code, which you will receive from us personally. Please send an email to elearning@hspv.nrw.de to request it.

Arrival on the evening before

Anyone arriving the evening before is warmly invited to join the evening event. The ILIAS NRW Community will already be meeting at the Innenhafen, at L’Osteria.

Wi-Fi

There is no EDUROAM available at HSPV.

Evening Programme

We will be going to Webster Brauhaus in Duisburg for the Evening Program.

Information about lunch

Furthermore, there are numerous options for lunch around Duisburg Central Station. Recommended places include 60 Seconds to Napoli, Leckerwurst at the station square, Haus des Döners, Pizzeria La Barca Neudorf, or Müller’s Bäckersladen.
